The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in supervision, be self-motivated, proactive, and have the spirit to motivate and lead the team to meet production goals safely. What you will do:

Lead employees to meet safety, housekeeping, quality, delivery and productivity standards Demonstrate equipment and processes to new employees or assign training Manage employee performance, growth and success Coordinate with peers to ensure material flow and operational readiness Create an environment with a focus on Safety and Teamwork What we are looking for: A college degree and/or equivalent work experience. Sounds integrity, judgement and critical thinking skills. Must have a background in industrial maintenance including knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Must be able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints. Must have strong analytical problem-solving skills. Must have good communication skills and work well with co-workers.
