Job Description
Overview Seeking a skilled, and dedicated Maintenance Person to maintain our 100 unit townhouse property. Applicant must have a current minimum of 3 years apartment maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of technical skills, self discipline, and experience in various apartment maintenance tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our property and providing a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants. Duties Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Conduct repairs on small appliances. Police property keeping it free of litter. Rehab of move out units. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. After hours on call. Skills Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical & HVAC testing. Knowledge of apartment maintenance best practices and procedures. Experience and certification of residential HVAC systems. Discipline to self-supervise promoting a positive work culture. Personable personality, to interact with tenants to resolve work requests efficiently.
