Job Description

Automotive Service Manager - Kansas City Hyundai Kansas City Hyundai is seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department and help deliver an exceptional ownership experience for our customers. Our dealership features a modern service facility, factory-trained technicians, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Compensation & Benefits $115,000 - $170,000 annual compensation Performance-based bonus opportunities 3 weeks paid time off after 1 year of employment Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and professional development Advancement opportunities within a growing organization Responsibilities Lead and manage all fixed operations within the service department Drive service sales, profitability, and customer retention Recruit, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians Monitor workflow, productivity, and repair quality Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies Manage departmental budgets, expenses, and key performance metrics Foster a positive, high-performance team culture Qualifications Previous automotive service management experience required Hyundai, Kia, or import dealership experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven track record of increasing service department performance Experience managing technicians, advisors, and shop operations Strong understanding of dealership fixed operations and financial reporting Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Why Join Kansas City Hyundai?
