Job Description
Maintenance Director Pratt Health and Rehab in Pratt , KS is looking to hire a full-time Plant Ops/Maintenance Director to join our team, who will manage all of the maintenance duties for our amazing health care company! The Maintenance Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the physical plant. Responsible for all functions required to keep physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. Conducts a variety of preventative and restorative maintenance duties. Follows established Federal, State, County and City codes and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR 2
+ years' experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations. One year of experience supervising others to include: setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc. Must have valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to operate Windows, Microsoft Suite, computer, read, write, and speak English. The ideal candidate will have performed the job duties of Maintenance Director in a Health Care Facility and have experience using an electronic work order and documentation system. Must be able to paint, change lights, perform minor electrical and plumbing duties. Troubleshooting is a MUST. Are you trustworthy and respectful of others?
