ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

Proactively work to improve equipment uptimes and efficiencies Supervise and assist maintenance personnel Responsible for maintenance personnel performance evaluations and interviews Oversee the procurement of equipment, repair parts, and supplies Develop and conduct training activities Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance procedures Process employees Kronos records for weekly payroll Additional responsibilities as required - this position is subject to change as the needs of the department change

ACADEMICS AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA

Minimum of 2-4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in unionized manufacturing (preferred) Associate degree in a related field (maintenance, electrical) with 1-3 years of maintenance related field industrial or automotive manufacturing, or a minimum of 3 - 5 years of maintenance in unionized manufacturing. Industrial/Manufacturing/Automotive Experience preferred Press Maintenance required Preventative Maintenance Experience preferred What is in it for YOU?
