Job Description

Maintenance & Reliability Manager Lead Reliability. Drive Performance. Build a Culture of Safety. Are you a hands-on maintenance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence? NESCO is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager, for their client in Elizabethtown, to lead all maintenance operations, maximize equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout their facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance programs, managing repairs, developing maintenance strategies, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong organizational and leadership abilities to keep operations running at peak performance. What You'll Do Lead, direct, and oversee all maintenance operations and personnel Ensure machinery, equipment, and facility systems operate safely and efficiently Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and prevent future failures Troubleshoot mechanical issues and develop effective corrective action plans Perform and oversee repairs on production equipment and facility assets Train, mentor, and develop maintenance team members and apprentices Foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Manage vendor relationships, contractor services, and maintenance resources Assist with planning and execution of capital improvement projects Monitor maintenance budgets and control maintenance-related costs Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and performance metrics Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal safety regulations What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment troubleshooting, and repair processes Proven experience leading maintenance teams and driving operational improvements Experience managing outside vendors, contractors, and service providers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to balance hands-on technical responsibilities with administrative and leadership duties Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking/reporting systems Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and promoting safety-first practices Why Join Us?
