Maintenance & Reliability Location:
Erlanger, KY Job Overview:
A manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities, support equipment reliability, and lead a small team of technicians across multiple shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance technicians and daily work assignments. Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Support equipment improvements and reliability projects. Maintain maintenance documentation and ensure safety compliance. Coordinate with production to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
3-5 years maintenance experience, with 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role. Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
