TITLE:
District Maintenance
REPORTS TO
Maintenance Supervisor
JOB GOAL
To help maintain the physical school plants' condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of it may be made at all times.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance, repair and construction of district buildings and equipment as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Crew Chief. Work in one or more building maintenance trades. Assist other maintenance personnel with a variety of maintenance, repair and construction tasks. Supervise and assist in maintaining district tools and machinery. Operate various types of maintenance machinery, tools and equipment. Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Superintendent.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrates aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. Holds a valid Kentucky Driver's License. Holds a high school diploma, GED or equivalent. Satisfactory completion of State mandated health examination.
Evaluation:
Performance of this job will be evaluated annually by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Salary commensurate with the Russell Independent Schools Classified Salary Schedule
