Maintenance Manager

A new opportunity has opened up for a Maintenance Supervisor at a rapidly expanding manufacturing facility in Lebanon, KY. The selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of all plant assets to ensure safe, compliant, and uninterrupted operation. This role involves maximizing equipment uptime, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance long-term asset performance. This position is with an established international company and will involve supervising a team of 2 individuals. The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Site Leader at the Lebanon location. Key Tasks:

Maintenance:

Implement Maintenance Plan to meet legal requirements, protect assets, and optimize output. Allocate resources for reactive maintenance to minimize production impact. Diagnose and resolve faults to prevent recurrence. Follow change management process for implementing solutions. Monitor adherence to maintenance plan and report performance monthly. Plan maintenance activities and ensure resources and permits are in place. Participate in plant maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency. Maintain plant to safety and environmental standards with quick response to breakdowns. Plan post-shutdown activities to review and improve maintenance processes. Define and maintain spare parts inventory for operational efficiency. Maintain maintenance logs for data-driven decision making. Complete all PPMs and analyze equipment failures to identify trends. Develop SLAs with Site Leader and monitor supplier/service contract performance. Develop long-range service plans and manage site Inventory System for efficient operations. Ensure responsible budget management with Site Leader and Accounting.
