Your expertise will help maintain a high standard of healthcare service by implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans to eliminate plant failures.
Position Highlights:
Create schedules, evaluate, and manage preventive, corrective, and project-based maintenance work. Maintain building efficiency and ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions to resident care and business functions. Develop maintenance policies, procedures, and maintain equipment warranties and diagrams. Oversee and supervise maintenance work to ensure high quality.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or Graduate of Technology. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Maintenance job.
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, expenses, and budgets. Maintain building compliance with codes and regulations. Coordinate maintenance work to avoid disruptions to resident care. Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures. Supervise and oversee all maintenance tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
