Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required 2 years prior multifamily maintenance experience required. Strong HVAC experience required. EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required. Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems. Swimming pool maintenance experience and CPO a plus. Availability for after-hours calls. Basic tools and reliable transportation required. Effective communication skills with residents, employees, and vendors. Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
Oversight and maintenance of all buildings, grounds, and amenities. Maintain a safe and clean workspace, adhering to safety standards. Complete service requests and prepare units for new residents. Prompt response to repair requests, including after-hours emergencies. Assist in hiring, training, and managing service, custodial, or grounds personnel. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests. Assist in inventory management and adhere to maintenance budget. Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work. Ensure compliance with
OSHA, EPA
