Maintenance Supervisor (Multifamily) | Keystone Apartments - Owensboro, KY Competitive Pay + Bonuses! We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Keystone Apartments.

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience Strong HVAC skills + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required) Proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance Ability to handle after-hours emergencies Strong communication and leadership skills High school diploma or GED, basic tools, and reliable transportation
