This pivotal role involves overseeing the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal plant performance, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. As a leader in our organization, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage maintenance teams, and uphold safety standards to support our production goals and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and manage facilities maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and high/low voltage systems using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools. Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of mechanical systems including pumps, compressors, conveyors, and industrial machinery. Manage electrical systems maintenance, including high voltage and low voltage circuits, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical standards. Supervise HVAC system repairs and routine inspections to maintain optimal climate control within manufacturing facilities. Read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues effectively. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards while minimizing downtime. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or new installations with engineering teams and external contractors. Monitor inventory levels of spare parts such as ohmmeters, tools, and replacement components to ensure readiness for maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety incidents for compliance audits. Skills Proven management experience leading facilities or maintenance teams in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in mechanical systems repair and troubleshooting. Extensive experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in HVAC system repair and plumbing system maintenance within industrial environments. Knowledge of safety regulations related to electrical work (including high voltage) and industrial machinery operation. Familiarity with CMMS platforms for work order management and maintenance planning. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in English with strong communication skills for coordinating across departments and external vendors. Ability to utilize testing instruments such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics accurately.
