We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Assistant Director of Maintenance at St Anthony's Gardens Assisted Living. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support. What You Bring to theTable:
Essential Qualifications:
- Informs supervisor regarding procedures and/or status of work orders for the purpose of providing information for making decisions, taking appropriate action and/or complying with building and safety regulations.
- Performs routine maintenance through computerized work order management system on facility apartment equipment, doors, locks, light, fans etc.
- Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC/R systems and all other building systems.
- Diagnoses cause of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning/refrigeration systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs. Makes minor repairs as required.
- Performs routine cleaning, painting and all repair for building walls and rooms.
- Provides cleaning and maintenance of building grounds, rooftops and fountains as required.
- Responds to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
- Responds to work orders and assists with other facilities projects as assigned and as staffing needs require.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC system, electrical systems, and emergency generator systems.
- Oversee work and lead other maintenance staff at the facility.
