Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic facilities management team as a Maintenance Supervisor/Technician and become a vital force in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to schedule. Lead and mentor maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and high/low voltage systems. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule work orders, track maintenance history, and manage inventory. Oversee facilities management tasks such as HVAC servicing, electrical upgrades, and infrastructure repairs to maintain optimal working conditions. Manage projects related to equipment upgrades or installations, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed. Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct regular inspections of electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage components—and mechanical equipment. Skills Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities in supervising maintenance teams. Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance practices across manufacturing environments. Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking. Solid understanding of HVAC systems, facilities management principles, and safety regulations. Ability to read technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination. Experience managing projects from planning through execution within a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience—covering both high voltage and low voltage systems—to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
