This is a hands-on management role that combines advanced electro-mechanical troubleshooting with leadership, planning, and continuous improvement. The manager is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, establishing maintenance standards, developing technicians, and partnering with production leadership to support operational success. Our facility includes industrial lasers, UV printers, embroidery machines, woodworking equipment, warehouse systems, and general facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical challenges while building and leading a high-performing maintenance team.
REQUIREMENTS 2-3
years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, electrical work, mechanical repair, or a related technical field. Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating the work of maintenance or technical personnel. Formal management experience is a plus but not required. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Proficiency using multimeters and other electrical diagnostic equipment. Working knowledge of motors, sensors, relays, switches, power supplies, and control circuits. Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. OSHA safety training or other maintenance leadership certifications preferred but not required. Experience with low-voltage networking, security camera systems, or facility electrical work preferred but not required. Experience maintaining industrial lasers, UV printers, CNC equipment, automated manufacturing equipment, or similar production machinery is preferred. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial control systems is preferred.
