In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities through hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and supervisory skills in a fast-paced setting, contributing directly to the overall functionality of our operations. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct electrical repairs, including troubleshooting circuits with tools such as ohmmeters and working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize automation processes. Carry out welding tasks and mechanical repairs to fix or modify equipment as needed. Manage facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and residential painting projects to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future inspections. Supervise junior team members or contractors during specific projects or routine tasks while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from manufacturing units or residential areas, providing excellent customer service by resolving issues efficiently. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential environments. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on welding skills and experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams accurately. Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of CMMS platforms for work order management and maintenance tracking. Competence in using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
