Maintenance Supervisor- The Crescent

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities management team at The Crescent. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of industrial maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our manufacturing and industrial sites. As a key leader, you will drive maintenance excellence through proactive management, technical expertise, and effective supervision, fostering a safe and efficient environment for all team members. Your leadership will ensure that maintenance activities align with operational goals, safety standards, and quality expectations. Duties Supervise daily maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and low/high voltage systems. Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime and lifecycle. Lead a team of technicians by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work quality and safety compliance. Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions. Coordinate projects involving industrial maintenance upgrades or installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Monitor the use of tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to evaluate electrical systems' health. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and continuous improvement purposes. Requirements Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in troubleshooting complex machinery and systems. Hands-on electrical experience including working with low voltage and high voltage systems safely. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics, and industrial automation controls. Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and maintenance planning. Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety regulations related to industrial maintenance. Excellent leadership skills combined with effective project management capabilities. Fluency in English with strong communication skills to coordinate across teams effectively.
