This role offers an exciting opportunity to perform and oversee maintenance, help manage a team of technicians, and work closely with Property Manager on goals and needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and supervisory skills, along with a passion for maintaining high standards in an apartment/multi-family environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities. Lead a team of technicians by providing guidance, training, and supervision to foster a high-performing maintenance department Utilize property software to schedule work orders & track maintenance history. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues. Maintain HVAC units Ensure adherence to safety Rotating ON-CALL between other maintenance staff for after hour/weekend emergencies Qualifications Proven experience in Multi-Family/Property Management with supervising responsibilities Strong electrical experience, hands-on mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems Knowledge of safety standards & OSHA regulations.
