This role offers an exciting opportunity to perform and oversee maintenance, help manage a team of technicians, and work closely with Property Manager on goals and needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and supervisory skills, along with a passion for maintaining high standards in an apartment/multi-family environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities. Lead a team of technicians by providing guidance, training, and supervision to foster a high-performing maintenance department Utilize property software to schedule work orders & track maintenance history. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues. Maintain HVAC units Ensure adherence to safety Rotating ON-CALL between other maintenance staff for after hour/weekend emergencies Qualifications Proven experience in Multi-Family/Property Management with supervising responsibilities Strong electrical experience, hands-on mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems Knowledge of safety standards & OSHA regulations. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately Excellent communication skills in English for effective team leadership and coordination Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Join us as we maintain a safe, efficient, and innovative environment where your expertise makes a real impact! Pay:
