Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all park facilities and infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring that all amenities, utilities, and grounds are operating efficiently and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across the property Inspect facilities including RV hookups (water, sewer, electric), bathhouses, laundry areas, and pool systems Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general structural systems Oversee landscaping and grounds maintenance to ensure a clean and welcoming environment Manage maintenance staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when needed Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and emergencies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred) 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in hospitality, RV parks, or property management Proven leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair systems Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required

Pay:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
