Schedule:

(1st Shift) (3rd Shift | Sunday•Friday | 11:00 PM•7:00 AM | Should expect to work some Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, train, and support maintenance team members on daily operations Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and production equipment Respond to equipment line calls and diagnose mechanical malfunctions quickly Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability Assist with equipment installation, setup, and process improvements Support high-speed automated manufacturing systems and production operations Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently Work independently while coordinating with production and operations teams

Qualifications:

3-5 years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Experience with high-speed automation and manufacturing equipment Prior leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience required Ability to train and guide maintenance technicians Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Click "Apply Now" to get started with our easy application process.
