Who You Are:

You have supervisory experience working within a developmental disability setting You are a positive mentor You can build a solid team of dedicated employees You have solid computing skills You feel that your current position has little to no growth potential You have a bachelor's degree or higher (preferred) Ability to work Tue-Sat, or a Sun-Fri 10am -6pm

What You Will Do:

Supervise staff. Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to our residents. Oversee all house responsibilities including care, budgeting, supply shopping, and more. Train and mentor new hires. Act with integrity
