Job Description
Facilities Coordinator needed to support financial tracking, facility operations, project coordination, onboarding, and workplace services. Job Requirements At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities, procurement, budgeting, or financial support Advanced Microsoft Office skills Experience supporting annual business planning, forecasting, capital planning, invoicing, purchasing, and asset tracking Experience tracking headcount and facility-related expenses Experience coordinating facility services, office planning, or property management activities Preferred Skills Experience leading small to medium facility projects Experience with moves, remodels, modernizations, or reconfigurations Experience developing project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules Experience supporting onboarding activities in partnership with HR Experience with fleet vehicles, reception, scheduling, shipping, kitchen/café stocking, branding, janitorial services, or maintenance coordination Job Responsibilities Support annual business planning, forecasting, capital planning, invoicing, asset tracking, purchasing, and headcount tracking Lead small to medium projects related to moves, remodels, modernizations, and workspace reconfigurations Develop and maintain project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules Support onboarding of new staff in partnership with HR Provide facility support across property management, maintenance, janitorial services, office planning, kitchen/café stocking, branding, shipping, fleet vehicles, reception, and scheduling Track facility-related activities, budgets, project milestones, and service needs
Pay:
