Regional Director of Maintenance Bane Care Management, LLC - 3.4 Braintree, MA Job Details Full-time $115,000 - $145,000 a year 23 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Vendor relationship building Facilities maintenance experience within healthcare industry Healthcare practice facilities management Full Job Description BaneCare Management is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Maintenance to oversee facility operations, life safety compliance, capital projects, and maintenance teams across our nine skilled nursing and two assisted living communities throughout Massachusetts. This leadership role is ideal for a healthcare facilities professional who excels at regulatory compliance, physical plant operations, team development, and strategic capital planning. What You'll Do Provide leadership and support to Maintenance Directors across multiple facilities Ensure compliance with CMS, DPH, OSHA, NFPA, and Life Safety Code requirements Oversee preventive maintenance programs, facility audits, and survey readiness Manage capital improvement projects, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades Develop long-term capital replacement and asset management plans Standardize systems, processes, and maintenance best practices across the organization Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements Support acquisitions, facility transitions, and organizational growth initiatives Qualifications 7+ years of healthcare maintenance experience required 3+ years of multi-site maintenance leadership experience preferred Skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Life Safety Code, OSHA, CMS, and healthcare facility operations Experience with capital planning, project management, and regulatory compliance Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC certifications/licenses are a plus Candidates with experience as a Director of Facilities, Regional Facilities Manager, Healthcare Facilities Director, Director of Plant Operations, or Regional Maintenance Director are encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple healthcare communities Supportive executive leadership team
Travel Requirement:
