Job Description

Lead Maintenance Excellence in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations and help drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing facility. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all plant maintenance activities, manage and develop a skilled maintenance team, and serve as a technical expert supporting production, safety, quality, and operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop the Maintenance team to achieve operational and performance goals. Oversee all maintenance activities for plant equipment, facilities, and grounds. Drive equipment reliability initiatives to maximize uptime and production efficiency. Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues while providing hands-on technical support as needed. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and equipment failures. Identify and execute continuous improvement projects that enhance equipment performance and changeover efficiency. Manage maintenance budgets, including labor, repairs, utilities, inventory, and capital projects. Optimize spare parts inventory to ensure production support while controlling costs. Partner with Engineering and Operations teams on facility upgrades and capital improvement projects. Participate in recruiting, training, mentoring, performance management, and employee development activities. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, GMP requirements, quality programs, and regulatory guidelines. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food, beverage, or high-speed production. Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience maintaining manufacturing equipment. Experience using CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, leadership, planning, and organizational abilities. Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Knowledge of drive systems, mechanical transmissions, and industrial electrical systems. Experience with electrical troubleshooting and basic controller/processor diagnostics. Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Understanding of OSHA regulations and facility safety requirements. Experience implementing maintenance process improvements and change management initiatives. Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing environments. #
INDTD Pay:
$140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
