Requirements You Will:

Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers Manage a team of technicians to complete repairs on time Maintain running cost within budget Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs

You Have:

Ability to work 2nd Shift schedule: Monday

• Friday from 3:00 PM until 11:30 PM Six (6) or more years of management experience in Heavy Truck Maintenance Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics maintaining a heavy truck fleet A customer focused mindset Strong mechanical aptitude Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set

• 100,000 Base + Annual Bonus (up to $5,000) + $100 Monthly PM Bonus at >95%

Steady Schedule:
