OVERVIEW

HOURS & COMPENSATION
- Salary range: \$80,000
- \$90,000 per year
- Eligible for variable pay/bonus
- Daytime schedule; may include some weekend/holiday support as needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as primary link between Operations and Maintenance and align both to a shared vision
- Manage work order backlog, prioritize maintenance and contractor work by area and plant-wide needs
- Control maintenance expense (ME) budget and develop annual/multi-year forecasts
- Maintain standards for work request quality and coach initiators on improvements
- Ensure EHS, compliance, and preventive maintenance work orders are prioritized
- Coordinate maintenance support for scheduled shutdown planning and execution
- Prioritize funding for safety initiatives based on risk mitigation
- Support execution of reliability mental models and keep assets in like-for-like condition
- Drive reductions in unplanned events and optimize maintenance planning
- Communicate and collaborate across all organizational levels to resolve issues and improve processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in maintenance management, operations, and reliability within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in financial/budgetary management and business best practices
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with maintenance management software (preferably SAP) preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Supervisory or leadership experience in operations or maintenance
- Proven experience managing maintenance budgets in continuous manufacturing
- Proficiency with SAP, CMMS, or similar ERP systems
- Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
- Mechanical or electrical reliability experience
