Manager Salary:
$120,000•$140,000 per year Job Details•We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Maintenance Divisional Manager to join our team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance division's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervisory roles, training, and client relations, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. 2. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. 3. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. 4. Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals. 5. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. 6. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. 7. Support worker communication with the management team. 8. Oversee day-to-day operation of the maintenance division. 9. Coordinate with other divisional managers for smooth operation across divisions. 10. Train, supervise, and mentor maintenance staff ensuring high levels of productivity. 11. Manage client relations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 12. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies. 13. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. 14. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. 15. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or other managerial role. 2. Strong organizational and leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Attention to detail. 5. Strong knowledge of maintenance machinery and equipment. 6. Ability to keep track of and report on activity. 7. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. 8. Proficient in MS Office and other business software (e.g., ERP). 9. Ability to lead and develop personnel. 10. BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field; MSc/Ma will be a plus. 11. Proven experience in supervisory roles, training, and client relations. 12. Ability to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical, and automation systems. 13. Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment. 14. Ability to keep track of and report on activity. 15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 16. Proven experience in project management. 17. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. 18. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
