Respect Requirements:

Oversees all maintenance operations for the property, ensuring systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely. Responsible for preventive maintenance programs, departmental leadership, and coordination with vendors and contractors. Maintains a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility for guests and team members.

Specific Job Physical Requirements:

Must be able to walk/stand a total of 8 hours per day. Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. Must be able to carry 35-50 lbs. up to 200 ft. Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, grasp, push, and pull.
