Manage crew, truck, equipment and daily routes. Ability to operate tablets for daily schedules. Ensure crew safety. Teach and train team members to ensure proper procedures, systems and quality of work are followed and achieved. Jobs are to be done efficiently and work is to be completed within the budgeted hours. Duties include mowing, string trimming, blowing, Spring & Fall clean-ups, snow removal, driving trucks and trailers. Assure that work is performed to the highest quality standards. Safely and efficiently operate and maintain lawn maintenance equipment and other tools Perform basic equipment repair and maintenance duties. Ability to communicate well with customers and team members. Commercial and Residential maintenance Perform other tasks as assigned. Continuously improve knowledge and education Requirements Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and methods; basic proficiency using hand tools. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Performs high quality detail work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Strong attention to detail. Reliable Team player and possess good people skills. Self-motivated and possess strong leadership skills. Must have the ability to think proactively, plan ahead and problem solve. Follows policies, procedures, codes of conduct and core values. Must be able to lift 50lbs Ability to work in all types of weather conditions. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record ( Required ) 2 years of experience in the Commercial landscape industry.
