About the Role As a Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will spearhead the reliability and operational excellence of our manufacturing infrastructure. You will drive high-impact maintenance strategies, leveraging your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to optimize plant uptime and ensure a safe, high-performing production environment. Responsibilities Direct the maintenance department in executing comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize asset longevity. Oversee the upkeep of critical facility infrastructure, including HVAC and utility systems, to maintain optimal operational standards. Drive equipment upgrade and installation projects, ensuring all technical modifications are delivered on time and within budgetary constraints. Utilize diagnostic instrumentation, such as ohmmeters, to troubleshoot electrical faults and restore machinery functionality rapidly. Manage maintenance documentation and inventory systems to track equipment history and support data-driven process improvements. Champion a culture of safety by enforcing rigorous compliance with environmental regulations and industry-standard safety protocols. Partner with production leadership to synchronize maintenance schedules with manufacturing demands, effectively reducing unplanned downtime. Mentor and train technical staff on advanced maintenance procedures, safety standards, and specialized equipment operation. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated success in a supervisory role managing industrial or manufacturing maintenance teams. Proven ability to lead complex maintenance projects from initial planning through final execution. Strong proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings. Deep understanding of manufacturing workflows and the integration of maintenance tasks into production cycles. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a dedicated industrial maintenance management or plant engineering capacity. Advanced knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and reliability-centered maintenance strategies. Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume production facility.
