In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of industrial and commercial facilities, ensuring all systems—including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and low/high voltage equipment—operate smoothly. Your leadership will drive proactive maintenance strategies, manage maintenance staff, and coordinate projects to uphold the highest standards of building integrity and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise and management skills in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial setting. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across all facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, low voltage, and high voltage equipment. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to optimize asset longevity and performance. Lead a team of maintenance technicians by providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols. Manage complex electrical systems using schematics and troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters; diagnose issues related to industrial maintenance with precision. Oversee the installation, repair, and upgrade of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation components integral to manufacturing processes. Coordinate projects involving facilities upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget while maintaining safety standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation using CMMS software. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage and low voltage systems; conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff. Collaborate with management on facilities management strategies that improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime. Qualifications Proven experience supervising maintenance teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment with a focus on facilities management. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including working with schematics, high voltage, low voltage systems, and troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and automation systems used in industrial settings. Experience managing maintenance operations using CMMS software; strong project management skills for coordinating upgrades or repairs. Knowledge of HVAC systems—installation, troubleshooting, repairs—and general mechanical systems within large facilities. Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of supervising technical staff effectively while fostering a safety-first culture. Fluency in English with clear communication skills essential for documentation and team coordination. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately; understanding of industrial safety standards related to electrical work at high voltages.
