Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities management team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations across our facilities, ensuring all systems—including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and industrial equipment—are operating optimally. Your leadership will drive proactive maintenance strategies, coordinate repairs, and manage a team of skilled technicians to uphold the highest standards of safety and performance. Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for all building systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, low voltage, and high voltage equipment. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex machinery using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Lead a team of maintenance technicians by providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing workforce. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical systems, high voltage work, industrial maintenance standards, and facilities management protocols. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support manufacturing operations through effective maintenance planning. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs using CMMS software for accurate reporting and analysis. Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Extensive mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical experience—familiarity with schematics, low voltage systems, high voltage safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters for electrical testing. Knowledge of facilities management practices including HVAC systems, building schematics, CMMS software, and preventative maintenance strategies. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination. Demonstrated leadership abilities with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment. Project management skills to oversee maintenance initiatives from start to finish effectively.
