Commercial Property Maintenance Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the building operations and maintenance of our commercial real estate portfolio in the Worcester area. This vital role involves managing a team of technicians and contractors, ensuring all facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to facilities management, possess strong mechanical and electrical expertise, and excel in project management to maintain the highest standards of property performance. Your leadership will ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and welcoming for tenants and visitors alike. Duties Manage day-to-day property maintenance operations Supervise vendors and subcontractors Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and preventative maintenance Respond to tenant service requests Conduct site inspections Manage maintenance budgets and capital projects Handle emergency / on-call issues as needed Experience 5+ years in commercial property or facilities management Experience with commercial HVAC / building systems Strong vendor management experience Ability to read maintenance reports and budgets Excellent communication and tenant relations Compensation Competitive salary Bonus opportunity Benefits package Vehicle allowance
