Maintenance Technician - TownePlace Suites by Marriott TownePlace Suites by Marriott is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently while ensuring our hotel remains in excellent working condition. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Change filters in hall-level HVAC units Install and repair small PTAC units Inspect and ensure fire doors are functioning correctly, including verifying locks and latches Review and address any outstanding maintenance requests from the previous day Perform routine inspections and repairs throughout the property to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction

Position Requirements:

Must be available on-call at any time for emergency situations Must be willing to respond in person to emergencies during nights, weekends, or holidays as needed Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work without direct supervision Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance is preferred Prior hotel or apartment maintenance experience is a plus We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, ensures safety and cleanliness, and contributes to a welcoming environment for our guests and team members.
