This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and leading a team. We are ideally seeking someone who is interested in living onsite at The Harriet Apartments, providing a strong presence within the community and ensuring residents receive excellent service. As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, handle advanced repairs, support your team, and help keep the property operating at the highest standard.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support the daily activities of the maintenance team Complete advanced repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems Perform property inspections and identify maintenance needs Train, mentor, and guide maintenance team members Prioritize and coordinate work orders to ensure timely completion Manage tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies Respond to emergency maintenance requests and complex repair situations Maintain accurate repair records and preventative maintenance schedules Partner with property management to keep the community running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Experience in multifamily or residential property maintenance HVAC License required Reliable vehicle required Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Reliable, organized, and committed to providing quality service Willingness to live onsite at the property preferred
