Maintenance Supervisor

Job description We are looking to employ a maintenance supervisor with an outstanding knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance. A maintenance supervisor is expected to have fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will display natural leadership and possess fantastic communication skills with a great eye for detail. The ideal maintenance supervisor responsibilities will include: Troubleshooting and diagnosing all leaks, plumbing, electrical and mechanical issues that arise. Resourceful but keep a well-stocked and very organized maintenance shop. Upbeat and can-do positive attitude with the ability to build and lead a small team. Prioritize, organize, complete and assign work orders to team and self. Must have a vehicle and all tools necessary to complete work. Provide training to coworkers and lead by example. Work well and consult regularly with Property and Regional managers on issues that occur.

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

Bachelors degree (highly advantageous). 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor (essential). Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices. Effective budgeting and performance management.
