Transportation & Inventory Manager We're seeking a Transportation & Inventory Manager to oversee daily operations at our site in Baltimore, MD. Ensuring effective inventory control, organized yard management, strong support for fleet operations, adherence to safety standards, and hands-on team supervision. Key Responsibilities Perform routine lot audits to maintain accurate vehicle inventory. Keep the yard orderly, secure, and aligned with safety protocols. Coordinate vehicle staging and intake; support driver flow for efficient operations. Oversee daily site performance and uphold operational standards. Reinforce safety practices among team members and drivers. Review and approve time records; assist with workforce scheduling. Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections in line with company guidelines. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a strong driving history (verification required) Ability to work outdoors across large areas and navigate stairs as needed. Willingness to follow required safety protocols, including use of PPE. Capable of performing detailed vehicle inspections (including bending, kneeling, and stooping) Self-directed with a strong sense of accountability and leadership. Highly organized with attention to detail and effective time management. Proficient with computers and standard office tools. Experience supervising teams and maintaining safety and service standards. Schedule Full-time — Weekends as needed Compensation $60,000-$67,000 per year, based on experience Location Baltimore, MD 21219
