Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Pool Service & Repair Technician (Field Lead) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead on-site pool maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair projects, ensuring our clients' pools operate flawlessly and safely. Your expertise will drive quality service delivery, oversee daily operations in the field, and mentor junior technicians. Duties Lead and coordinate pool service and repair activities at multiple client sites, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks Perform comprehensive pool maintenance including cleaning, water balancing, and equipment inspections to ensure optimal operation Troubleshoot and repair pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and other mechanical components using appropriate hand tools and power tools Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to maintain proper chemical balance and water clarity Conduct equipment repairs or replacements involving mechanical knowledge of pool systems and electrical components Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and safety documentation for each client visit Mentor junior technicians by providing guidance on technical procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards Requirements Proven experience as a service technician specializing in pool maintenance and repairs with a strong background in equipment repair Extensive knowledge of pool plumbing systems, water treatment chemicals, and mechanical components Ability to handle chemical agents safely while adhering to health and safety regulations Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment used in pool servicing Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel between job sites as needed Need to have experience with water treatment chemical handling, familiarity with complex pool plumbing systems, and previous leadership experience overseeing field teams.
