Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment and facilities are maintained safely and efficiently. Provides guidance to maintenance staff and ensures compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Experience:

3 -5+ years of maintenance experience in similar field 1-3+ years of supervisor experience Strong leadership and team management skills Strong understanding of safety standards (e.g., OSHA compliance) Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, maintenance software Must be located in commutable distance to Bladensburg, Maryland, United States
