Your expertise in property management, pool operations, and general maintenance skills will empower you to lead with confidence and inspire your teammates toward excellence. Duties Fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement Develop and prioritize preventive maintenance schedules Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and low/high voltage systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Contacting outside vendors to preforms work tasks or troubleshoot problems Lead projects related to facility upgrades or facility improvements with effective project management skills Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting inspections, maintaining detailed records, and training staff on proper procedures Requirements Proven experience with PTAC units Have a flexible schedule Strong maintenance knowledge consisting of dry wall repairs, plumbing, electrical Certified Pool Operator Hands-on experience with programmable systems like Safelok Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination Demonstrated experience with a focus on safety standards and operational efficiency Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Lead Maintenance Technician where your leadership fuels operational excellence!
