Brook Lane - Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all aspects of the maintenance department, including facilities, grounds, and associated utilities. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment that supports daily operations across the organization. The position reports directly to the Brook Lane Manager of Facilities Engineering. High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred Broad background in mechanical and construction work, including electrical systems, HVAC/refrigeration, carpentry, and life safety code requirements Previous management or supervisory experience required Ability to train staff on equipment operation and job‑specific tasks Ability to interpret written, verbal, diagrammatic, and schedule‑based instructions Proficiency in reading and interpreting safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating manuals, and maintenance documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and correspondence Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance Programs Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and structural principles Experience writing employee evaluations, maintenance procedures, and job descriptions Computer literacy required We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well‑being and professional growth.
