Shop Foreman

Shop Foreman position:

Position is directly responsible for supervising, motivating and assisting technical staff.

Essential job functions include:

billing out work performed on Repair Orders, dispatching work to technicians, monitoring of shop productivity, follow-up with work progress, coordinate parts orders with parts department, etc.

Our facilities are kept clean and the pace is fast - all part of providing the best service to our customers. Essential job functions of Shop Foreman include: The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role. Have some experience as a mechanic. Have excellent communication and supervisory skills. Familiarity with computers. We use CDK (ADP) business systems and experience with that system will be a plus.
