• Leading, supervising, and developing the maintenance team, including mechanics, electricians, and technicians, ensuring efficient operations.
• Planning, scheduling, and overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Ensuring rapid response to equipment breakdowns and driving root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED; a technical degree or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Bring 5-7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Possess experience in food or meat processing environments, which is strongly preferred.
