2-2-3 shifts for days Competitive Salary + Benefits + Career Development We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience within FMCG or food production. Key Responsibilities Supervise Maintenance Technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities. Prioritize reactive and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Review work orders, downtime reports, and PM schedules. Support production by responding quickly to breakdowns and operational issues. Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Promote continuous improvement, safety, and food quality standards. Support training and development within the maintenance team. Ideal Candidate Profile Previous maintenance leadership experience within food manufacturing or FMCG. Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with CMMS/work order systems and preventative maintenance programs. Knowledge of automated production equipment and controls. Strong communication, organization, and team leadership abilities. Qualifications Engineering Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment. Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards desirable.
