Automotive Service Lane Manager

Great opportunity for a high performing Service Advisor looking to move up into management or a current Service Manager looking for a change. Looking for someone with the strongest of work ethics looking to help take our team to the next level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties Manage all aspects of the Service Lane and customer experience Maintain the highest customer service experience scores Hold weekly department meeting Maintain all service records to provide efficient department operations Fill in for Service Advisors as needed Train new personnel and assist in hiring Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labor operations Take ownership of customer concerns and works with team to resolve problems Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of service management or service writing experience Good driving record CDK experience preferred but not necessary Tech-savvy to quickly learn new systems and processes Excellent people skills to drive strong customer retention Problem-solving ability to mitigate customer concerns Professional appearance and high energy required Strong communication skills with employees Experience implementing and maintaining new processes Benefits Competitive Pay Professional Work Environment Training and Career Growth Opportunities Organizational Stability and Growth Medical and Dental Benefits 401
