Job Description

Operations Manager What You'll Do
  • Manage complete maintenance of facility and property (fire drills, vehicle maintenance, techsupport, inventory, storage etc.)
  • Complete periodic maintenance checklists to ensure functionality, safety and compliance
  • Oversee and direct custodial and housekeeping staff and all external contractors
  • Provide operational support whenever needed (i.e administrative errands, transportationcoordination, event planning, security oversight, Accounts Payable etc.)
  • Collaborate with Executive Director and Administrator as necessary What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Min. 1 year experience in substance abuse treatment industry (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acute observational and communicational skills
  • Ability to collaborate and multitask
