Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave Life Insurance Annual Bonus Opportunity About the Opportunity An established food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner / Maintenance Supervisor to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance activities while providing technical guidance to maintenance and production teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance professional who enjoys improving equipment reliability, leading maintenance initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within a high-volume production facility. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment. Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. Monitor machinery performance and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues. Prioritize maintenance work orders and schedule maintenance resources effectively. Order and coordinate parts, materials, and outside services as needed. Maintain and update Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) records. Support maintenance technicians and production personnel with technical guidance and training. Assist with equipment calibration, inspections, and repairs. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards. Participate in continuous improvement and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives. Support maintenance budgeting and cost-control efforts. Complete required documentation and reporting. Qualifications Experience in industrial maintenance, maintenance planning, maintenance supervision, or related manufacturing roles. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Experience with CMMS systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and production equipment systems. Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or high-speed production environments is preferred. Work Environment This position operates in a manufacturing facility and may involve: Cold and refrigerated production areas High-speed production equipment Wet or humid conditions High-noise environments Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Exposure to food allergens, including nuts Use of required PPE and safety equipment Additional Information Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
