Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Severn, MD $90,000 - $95,000 per year Day/ Night Shifts Available We are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate Maintenance Technicians based on production needs Assign and prioritise work orders and preventative maintenance Respond quickly to minimise equipment downtime Review downtime reports and drive improvements Plan and manage maintenance schedules and team workload Ensure timely completion of all maintenance activities Support parts inventory and coordinate with purchasing Maintain safety and regulatory compliance Train, coach, and develop team members Requirements 3+ years' experience in manufacturing maintenance Experience leading or supervising a team Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with CMMS/work order systems Good organisational and communication skills Engineering qualification or equivalent experience preferred Work Environment Fast-paced production setting Cold and refrigerated areas Standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks Exposure to machinery, noise, and food production conditions Additional Information Must be authorised to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
