You will leverage your technical expertise in industrial systems to optimize plant productivity and mentor a high-performing maintenance team. Responsibilities Direct the daily workflow and professional development of the maintenance staff to ensure operational excellence. Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to restore production capacity. Utilize CMMS software to track work orders, manage asset history, and maintain accurate maintenance documentation. Oversee the successful installation and commissioning of new production machinery to support facility growth. Analyze maintenance KPIs to identify trends and implement continuous improvement projects that enhance equipment longevity. Maintain a culture of safety by ensuring all maintenance activities strictly adhere to OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Demonstrated success in a supervisory or team leadership capacity. Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting PLC-controlled automated equipment. Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and utilizing CMMS platforms. Preferred Skills Technical degree or relevant vocational certification. Background in metal casting or heavy industrial manufacturing environments. Practical application of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
